EHL @ Gourmet World Shanghai
EHL will be taking part to Gourmet World Shanghai at Shanghai Pudong Expo, on March 17 to 19.
This trade show will be the meeting point for all 4 and 5 star hotels, upscale Gourmet Restaurants and Gourmet food and wine stores of China and Asia.
Indeed, not only this event will feature fine food products and beverages, hotel and restaurant equipment and services, but it will also welcome the Bocuse d’or Asia.
11 candidates coming from all over Asia will be cooking on stage, in competition for this prestigious high cuisine contest, which will also bring together the most renowned Chefs of the Asian Continent, such as Hiroyuki Hiramatsu from the famous restaurant in Tokyo, Christophe Megel (At Sunrice, Singapore) or Stefan Stiller (Stiller Restaurant, Shanghai).
On the demonstrations area, you will also be able to discover innovative exhibitors’ products and witness renowned Chefs create “live” their inspiring recipes, and taste them.
